  • On Thursday, October 15, 2026, starting at 10:30 AM, Timing and Mediq are organizing a special Meet & Greet in De Meern. During this event, you will have the unique opportunity to get to know Mediq, learn more about the different departments, and have personal conversations with several team leaders. There are opportunities to start as early as November 1 or December 1. At Mediq, everything revolves around good care. The organization ensures that patients receive the medical supplies and support they need at home, such as aids for diabetes, wound care, incontinence, and respiratory support. We are looking for enthusiastic employees who are eager to work in customer service or back office. As a Customer Service Representative, you are the point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. You conduct daily phone conversations about medical supplies and care-related questions. One moment you are helping someone with an order or changing details, the next you are speaking to a patient who is worried or in an emotional situation. No conversation is the same. Therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys calling, can listen well, is empathetic, and remains calm and professional during difficult conversations. Do you prefer working behind the scenes and get energized by precise administrative work? Then the back office might be your place. You check and process medical requests, insurance documents, and authorizations. You assess whether the correct supporting documents are present and whether requests meet the conditions of health insurers. This is not a standard administrative position. You will deal with various processes, different rules, and systems. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is analytical, patient, and eager to learn and enjoys getting to the bottom of things.

We offer

  • • A gross hourly wage starting at €16.27; • 20 to 40 hours per week: both part-time and full-time options; • 8% holiday pay on top of your salary; • 25.5 vacation days based on 40 hours, with the option to purchase extra days; • An additional annual bonus of up to 7.5%, depending on individual performance and objectives; • Hybrid working: after your training period, at least 2 days in the office and the option to work up to 2 days from home per week; • Friday is a standard work-from-home day; • A laptop and extra monitor for your home workspace; • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, up to a maximum of 50 kilometers one way; • Full reimbursement of public transport travel costs and free parking; • An extensive training program where you learn all systems and tasks; • Ample training and career advancement opportunities; • Working hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, depending on the department; • An informal, involved work atmosphere where colleagues support each other. Good to know: During your training period, you will mainly work in the office, so you receive proper guidance and learn all processes. After that, you can take advantage of the hybrid work options.

We ask

  • • Apply for this vacancy. Our recruiter will contact you by phone for a short intake. We will discuss your motivation, availability, and interest in customer service or back office; • Receive your invitation. Is there a good match? Then we invite you to the Meet & Greet on Thursday, October 15 at 10:30 AM; • Get to know Mediq and Timing. You will receive more information about the organization, the different roles, the work atmosphere, and how working through Timing works; • Go speed dating with team leaders! You will have the chance to speak personally with several team leaders. This way, you can discover which department suits you best, and they can get to know you better; • Receive feedback quickly. After the Meet & Greet, you will hear shortly whether Mediq is interested. If the response is positive, an additional interview may be scheduled. The Meet & Greet is fun and accessible, but also an important part of the application process. The team leaders are curious about who you are, what you can do, and especially why you want to work at Mediq. So prepare well! Think in advance about your motivation, strengths, and what appeals to you in telephone customer contact or administrative work within healthcare.
