We know that the world of certificates is a labyrinth, so here is an overview of the certificates we use and what they stand for.
ABU Member
Timing is a member of the Algemene Bond Uitzendondernemingen (ABU). The ABU quality mark stands for high quality requirements, including in the field of employment conditions, payment of social premiums, workplace safety, and codes of conduct. Not only does the temporary worker benefit from a good collective labor agreement. This way, the hirer can also remain competitive and flexible. High-quality temporary work is also of social importance, as it is a stepping stone to a permanent job for many temporary workers.
SNA Stichting Normering Arbeid
The purpose of NEN 4400-1 and NEN 4400-2 is to prevent fraud and illegality in the temporary employment sector in all forms of contracting work. This limits the risk for the employer. The NEN standard determines whether an organization can meet its obligations. Think of obligations such as the identification of the company, the declaration and payment of wage taxes, VAT, and the execution of ID checks. An audit is conducted twice a year for this.

PSO Step 3
Timing is proud of its recognition as a leader in social entrepreneurship with Step 3 on the PSO Performance Ladder. This underscores our commitment to employment for people with a vulnerable labor market position. The PSO, developed by TNO, makes the impact of social entrepreneurship measurable, and our entry at Step 3 confirms our dedication. A result we are proud of and that motivates us to further strengthen inclusivity.
VCU Certificate
VCU stands for Safety, Health and Environment Checklist for Temporary Employment Agencies. The VCU certificate indicates that certified agencies (temporary employment, recruitment & selection, secondment) meet the highest requirements in the field of safety, health, and environment. Since 2008, all Timing branches have been VCU certified.
ISO 9001
This is the international standard for quality management systems. The most important aspect of this certificate is that the primary procedures are documented and that the organization also acts according to these documented procedures. The ISO 9001 standard is intended for all organizations that want to demonstrate that they are capable of meeting customer requirements, legal and regulatory requirements, and the requirements of their own organization. The standard ensures the administrative organization.
SNF
SNF is Stichting Normering Flexwonen. With the SNF quality mark, you demonstrate to municipalities, housing corporations, employees, employers, and neighbors of housing locations that they meet the established standards. The quality of housing for labor migrants is thus guaranteed.
Fair Produce
The Stichting Fair Produce Nederland certifies companies that guarantee a social personnel policy that meets all requirements. This promotes 'good employment practices' in the horticultural chain. It stands for fair treatment of employees.
