We are ready for each other. As a national employment agency, we are at the heart of society. That is why we have a clear vision of how we interact with people. We believe that everyone has the right to a pleasant and safe working environment.

Work is about much more than just earning money. Work is about personal development and being valuable to your environment. We wish that for everyone. Timing embraces diversity and finds discrimination absolutely unacceptable. Discrimination goes against everything we as a company truly stand for. We want to make arranging (temporary) work for everyone more personal, easier, and smarter. This is only possible if we have genuine attention for our temporary workers, for our clients, and for our own employees. At Timing, everyone is welcome, and we are there for each other.

The anti-discrimination statement of Timing
Our stance on discrimination is very clear: we do not engage in discrimination. Therefore, we do not allow any form of discrimination.

Therefore:

  • distinction based on race, age, gender, religion and belief, sexual orientation, nationality, disability or chronic illness, political conviction, marital status, type of contract, and working hours is completely unacceptable at Timing;
  • every employee of Timing receives the anti-discrimination statement;
  • every employee of Timing receives instruction and training on the Equal Treatment Act and handling discriminatory requests;
  • discriminatory requests are resolutely rejected;
  • a central place is set up at the Central Service Desk for questions regarding anti-discrimination regulations;
  • a central reporting point is set up at the Legal Affairs department of Timing for reporting discriminatory requests.
