Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative at the ANWB in Assen, you are the first point of contact for people who need help on the road. You answer phone calls, listen carefully to the customer, and think along about the best solution. No conversation is the same, and thanks to your service-oriented attitude, you ensure that customers are well assisted. You work 20 to 32 hours per week in a 24/7 environment. Therefore, you are flexibly available during the day, in the evening, at night, on weekends, and on holidays. You receive extensive training averaging 36 hours and then 10 days of on-site guidance. After approximately 3 to 4 months, depending on your performance, up to 50% working from home is possible.
