Our work revolves around people. Our love for operational work. We believe in work that works for everyone. We all benefit from that. In our daily work, we always look at the bigger picture and the impact of our choices on the lives of our temporary workers, payroll employees, clients, and our own employees.

A better future for everyone

In our view, it cannot be that we live in a prosperous country where education, healthcare, and meaningful work are within reach for many people, but not yet for everyone. We find it important to do something. For our temporary workers, our payroll employees, our clients, and of course for their children and grandchildren.

As a major player in the labor market, we are working on the sustainability of our organization and using our expertise to actively contribute to reducing poverty in the Netherlands. By working from a sustainable organization towards dignified work with a good basic income for everyone, we contribute to a better future for everyone. So that work works for everyone.

The temporary employment sector can play an important role in creating an inclusive labor market. That is why we contributed to WerkINclusief, the ABU inspiration guide for more diversity and inclusion within the workforce. Together, we want to inspire employers in the Netherlands to be more conscious about diversity and inclusion.

Our view on the future

We are building step by step an organization where corporate social responsibility is a given. In 2026, we will continue this movement.

We invest in digital and sustainable skills so that temporary workers are ready for the job market of tomorrow and can count on a livable income. Together with our partners, we lower barriers for people with a distance to the labor market. By joining the UN Global Compact, we take responsibility for a fair and sustainable chain and make our impact transparent. This way, we continue to learn, improve, and remain transparent about the choices we make.
