- As a Customer Service Specialist, you are responsible for handling customer inquiries and order processing for business clients, such as hospitals and healthcare institutions. You work 28 to 40 hours per week in the institutional department of a large healthcare organization in De Meern. The contact is exclusively with companies, not with patients. You independently handle both regular and more complex customer inquiries. On a workday, you answer emails and phone calls from customers, process orders, and provide advice where needed. You handle questions ranging from simple order status to complex delivery issues. You are also responsible for identifying improvement opportunities in processes and supporting less experienced colleagues where necessary. This job offers the opportunity to further develop towards expert level. After a six-week training period, during which you are available 40 hours per week, you can partially work from home. Emphasis is placed on independence, ownership, and the ability to think in terms of processes.
