In this versatile role, you are responsible for handling customer contact via phone, email, and other communication channels. Where possible, you see commercial opportunities and provide appropriate advice on additional products or services. You also contribute to the further development of the department. You actively think about improvements in customer and work processes, support less experienced colleagues, and perform complex tasks independently.
We offer

We ask
- • You are someone who gets energy from customer contact and likes to go the extra mile to help customers optimally; • You work accurately, are analytically minded, and know how to maintain an overview even under pressure; • You easily switch between different systems and feel at home in a dynamic work environment; • A completed vocational level 4 education; • Higher professional work and thinking level; • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role; • Demonstrable experience with customer contact; • Affinity with the healthcare and/or medical sector; • Good system skills; experience with SAP is a plus; • Good communication skills in Dutch, both orally and in writing; • A commercial and service-oriented attitude.
