Then we are looking for you! As a Customer Care Specialist, you are the first point of contact for hospitals, healthcare institutions, and other professional clients. You answer questions, process orders, and actively think about the best solution. Thanks to your service-oriented attitude and eye for quality, you ensure that customers are helped quickly and expertly. In this versatile role, you are responsible for handling customer contact via phone, email, and other communication channels. You process both regular and complex orders and administrative tasks and ensure that all data is correctly recorded in SAP and other systems. Additionally, you advise customers about products, availability, delivery times, and deliveries. You know how to analyze customer questions well and proactively respond to the customer's needs. Where possible, you see commercial opportunities and provide appropriate advice on additional products or services. You also contribute to the further development of the department. You actively think about improvements in customer and work processes, support less experienced colleagues, and perform complex tasks independently.

We offer

We ask

  • • A completed vocational level 4 education; • Higher professional work and thinking level; • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position or at least 2 years of experience within Mediq; • Demonstrable experience with customer contact; • Affinity with the healthcare and/or medical sector; • Good system skills; experience with SAP is a plus; • Good communication skills in Dutch, both oral and written; • A commercial and service-oriented attitude.

Where will you be working?

Mediq is a large organization within healthcare that supports patients at home with medical devices and treatments. They have various departments such as infusion care, wound care, respiratory care, diabetes, stoma, nebulization, customer feedback, and institutional care (hospitals/healthcare institutions). It is a professional office environment with a lot of customer contact.
