What is the Member Service Center?
The Member Service Center of the ANWB is a customer service that can provide information by phone, mail, and chat about, among other things, the ANWB membership, the Roadside Assistance, and insurances. The Member Service Center team is very committed, and the working atmosphere is very pleasant. This is partly due to the team and the homely atmosphere in the office.
A joint lunch takes place regularly, and in addition, ANWB organizes an annual Member Service Center party in Scheveningen. One thing is certain: you won't be bored if you come to work at the Member Service Center.
"Helping people, I find that meaningful work. And that in a pleasant working atmosphere and with nice colleagues. I am completely in my element here."
Come work at the Member Service Center
All members and non-members of the ANWB can visit the Member Service Center. When you work here, you're involved in more than just making phone calls. You create an experience with every conversation for the person you are speaking to at that moment. If you come to work at the Member Service Center, your job starts via Timing with the startup team of the ANWB. This startup team consists of all new employees, who, just like you, will follow a tailor-made training program.
The first week focuses on theory, and with this acquired knowledge, you will enter practice the following week. Initially, you will be paired with an employee who has been working at the Member Service Center for a while. This colleague will ensure that you receive an explanation of the system and how to address customers. Have you mastered this quickly? Then you can start working independently soon. You can expect questions about:
- Products and/or services provided by ANWB;
- Invoices that customers want to know more about;
- Administrative matters (you can think of changing an address);
- The ANWB subscription.
