A day as a Supervisor at ANWB in Rijswijk You start with a short team meeting: discussing goals, dividing tasks, and getting everyone focused. You manage a team of 5-10 employees and keep an overview. You ensure everything runs smoothly, motivate colleagues, lend an ear, and make sure customers feel welcome. You keep a close eye on sales targets and come up with smart actions to achieve them while maintaining a positive atmosphere. You help a customer choose the perfect hiking gear, assist at the cash register, or help with processing freight. You are visible everywhere and set a good example.   • • A gross hourly wage between €16.63 and €20.78 (from 20 years old and including 5.58% year-end bonus).
