As a legal customer service representative, you handle a variety of questions in the field of consumer law, such as disputes over purchases, services, contracts, and financial products. You communicate with customers via phone, email, and mail, providing clear, correct, and applicable advice. You are an important link for consumers navigating complex rules and rights. You start your day energetically and immediately get to work with various customer inquiries. You delve into interesting cases, look up legal information, and translate it into practical advice. No day is the same, and your knowledge makes a direct impact.

We offer

  • • Salary between €15 and €23 gross per hour, depending on experience; • Home working allowance of €2.35 per day; • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km; • Opportunity to obtain Wft Basic and Wft Damage Private at the employer's expense, including study time; • Possibility of hybrid working; • Workweek of 24 - 32 hours.

We ask

  • • You are at least in the 2nd year of an HBO/WO degree in Law or SJD, or you have at least 3 years of relevant work experience; • Demonstrable knowledge of consumer law; • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written; • Strong communication and organizational skills; • You are stress-resistant, customer-oriented, and a true team player.
