- As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you play an essential role as a farmer. You focus on managing, maintaining, and expanding existing customer relationships. Through personal attention and good contact, you build trust with customers and ensure they feel heard and supported. At the same time, you continuously look for opportunities to improve and expand the collaboration. In this role, you actively think along with customers about their logistics processes. You explore where DHL can add extra value by looking at improvement points and smart solutions at the right price. With your commercial insight and customer-oriented approach, you know how to exceed expectations and offer customers suitable solutions. Additionally, you carefully record results and customer information in the CRM system and build a strong network, both within and outside DHL.
We offer
- • Salary: €3,050 – €3,400 gross per month, depending on experience; • Bonus scheme: up to approximately €2,000–€2,500 gross per quarter (full-time); • 23 vacation days; • 8% holiday pay; • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (maximum 30 km one way); • Extensive onboarding program, training, and growth opportunities from inside sales to field sales and key account.
