  • As an Expert Agent Customer Support, you are the first point of contact for business customers with questions and issues regarding invoicing and payments. You provide expert support by phone and email and ensure a quick, correct, and customer-oriented handling of every report. You maintain professional relationships with B2B customers and handle issues related to e-billing, invoicing, VAT, customs, collections, and payment processes. Additionally, you carefully register, track, and monitor customer reports. You identify structural bottlenecks, system errors, and process improvements and work closely with internal departments such as Customer Service, Collections, Sales, and the Query Investigation Team. You support, guide, and coach less experienced colleagues and actively contribute to knowledge development and process optimization within the team. You work in a dynamic inbound call center environment, where customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency are central, and you switch between different countries, entities, systems, and diverse customer issues.

We offer

We ask

  • • Minimum MBO working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of economics, finance, or business administration; • At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, administration, or a similar position; • Strong oral and written communication skills; • Customer-oriented, empathetic, and strong in analyzing and solving problems; • Basic knowledge of accounting and good command of Microsoft Office; • Good knowledge of Excel; • You can quickly switch between different tasks, systems, and customer issues; • Affinity with an international work environment and different cultures; • For this position, you have a good command of one of the following language combinations: Dutch – French – German, or Dutch – French – Italian; • Additionally, you have at least a basic level of English proficiency.
