You will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations by preparing and reporting monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and DHL's internal policies. This full-time position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, starting between 08:00 and 09:00 and ending between 16:00 and 17:00, promoting a healthy work-life balance. In this role, you will prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts, manage general ledger accounts within the ERP system, and process accruals and provisions. We offer

We ask
- • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting, or a related field; • 1-2 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting, Record-to-Report (R2R), or Financial Accounting; • Solid understanding of IFRS standards and financial reporting processes; • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems; • Strong command of the English and French language, both written and spoken; • Accurate, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to work; • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement; • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, auditors, and stakeholders across different countries; • Eagerness to grow and develop professionally within an international finance environment, such as DHL.
