- Are you looking for a challenging role as a customer service representative in Schijndel? You are the first point of contact for our customers and assist them by phone, email, and sometimes at the counter or in the store. You work 24 to 40 hours per week in rotating shifts, including Saturdays and a few shopping Sundays per year. You get a lot of responsibility and room for your own initiative. Your day is varied and dynamic. You answer questions about products, deliveries, returns, and warranties. - • MBO working and thinking level; • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-oriented role; • Good command of Dutch, both spoken and written; • Command of a second language (French or German) is a plus; • You are customer-oriented, empathetic, and stress-resistant; • Experience with customer contact systems is a plus; • Flexibly deployable, at least 24 hours per week; • Willing to work on shopping evenings and Saturdays.
