- As a branch manager, you are the driving force behind the success of our branch in Schijndel. You are responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring the store always looks top-notch. Customers receive an excellent experience with you, and your team works efficiently and effectively together. You work closely with assistant branch managers, department heads, and the head office. It is a versatile and challenging role where you evaluate results and implement improvements by guiding your team in the right way. You develop the branch plan and execute it successfully. You oversee a neat store presentation, inspire and motivate your team, make adjustments where necessary, and are ultimately responsible for efficient inventory management. You receive support from the stock controllers. Offering high-quality products at competitive prices is linked to optimally utilizing the available space in the warehouse and store. Additionally, you conduct evaluation interviews with employees, resolve customer inquiries and complaints, and are responsible for personnel planning and administrative tasks.
