  • As a customer service representative at CBS in Heerlen, you are the point of contact for citizens and businesses. You work 24 to 28 hours per week at the office, on weekdays between 8:30 and 17:30. In this role, you answer questions about surveys, procedures, and participation requests by phone and email. You assist people in filling out questionnaires and carefully register contact moments in the system. After a training period of six months, you can partially work from home.

    An average workday is varied. You start by reviewing new emails and outstanding questions. Then you proceed to answer phone calls about CBS surveys. You answer questions clearly and always think customer-oriented. In between, you accurately register all contact moments and quickly switch between different digital systems. You end the day by updating your administration and informing colleagues about any special matters.

    Customer-oriented work and clear communication are central to this job. You will deal with different conversation partners. This makes your work dynamic and educational.
