You stimulate the development of young children with a preschool education method (VVE) and help them grow in the areas of language, movement, and healthy nutrition. You enjoy involving parents in their child's development. Although your schedule is made well in advance, you are flexible and step in when colleagues are absent. On an average workday, you welcome toddlers and ensure a safe atmosphere. You guide activities that are appropriate for their age and focus on language development, movement, and healthy habits. Together with colleagues, you work on a structured environment and consult with parents to ensure every child feels comfortable. We ask

  • • MBO-4 diploma in Pedagogical Work, Teaching Assistant, or HBO Pedagogy/PABO; • Dutch language at 3F or B2 level; • VVE certificate or willingness to obtain it; • Affinity or experience with young children (2-4 years); • Open, flexible attitude and clear communication; • You provide structure and maintain oversight.
