- As a Customer Relations Specialist in Hoofddorp, you are the link between customers and the logistics team. You work 32 to 40 hours per week during regular office hours (08:30-17:00). You ensure that everything related to air freight shipments runs smoothly and that customers are satisfied. You monitor the quality of handling by airlines and check shipments booked through Starbroker. You resolve transport issues quickly and neatly. Additionally, you provide feedback on performance and delays to colleagues at other locations. You also support operations (OPS) with daily tasks. You inform customers clearly about the status of their shipments, delivery times, and rates. You ensure that billing and administration are accurate. Everything you do is recorded in systems such as CW1, CXD, and Excel. On an average workday, you start by checking the status of ongoing shipments. You answer customer questions by email or phone about their air freight. Sometimes you need to act quickly if a shipment is delayed. You then consult with colleagues at home and abroad and work together to find the best solution. You process incoming data in Excel and report on the performance of various partners. As a package courier in Hoofddorp, you ensure that packages arrive safely and on time at businesses and individuals.
