- As a Customer Relation Specialist, you are responsible for the complete management of our import air freight shipments, with the customer's needs at the forefront. You ensure the correct documentation and coordinate everything with the customer, our offices, and carriers. You proactively keep customers informed about the status of shipments, delivery periods, and rates. You build strong customer relationships and recognize commercial opportunities. Additionally, you are responsible for the administrative processing in our system and ensure correct invoicing.

We ask
- • You are communicatively strong and proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; • You possess strong customer orientation, are eager to learn, and have the ambition to grow; • You can multitask and prioritize, remain calm under pressure, and handle stress well; • You are administratively strong and accurate in processing data and quickly familiarize yourself with automated systems; • Preferably, you have experience in logistics, air freight, or customer service and a strong motivation to further expand your knowledge; • Note: a Certificate of No Objection (VGB) is required for this position.
