Is something unclear on the website for the customer? Then they call you, so you can help them further. Eventually, you will become a true master in telephony and will also take on other tasks, such as mail processing and handling chat questions. Teamwork is essential! You are never alone. You have a lot of contact with your colleagues, both live and online. There is an open atmosphere with plenty of room for fun.
