Je begint je werkdag rond 07:00 uur op locatie in Amsterdam en bent gedurende de dag actief tot 13:00 uur. Je haalt gebruikte was op, zorgt dat schone kleding en linnengoed op de juiste plek terechtkomen en loopt je vaste rondes door het gebouw. Daarbij leg je kleding netjes in de kasten van bewoners en houd je de voorraad goed in de gaten. Ook voer je regelmatig tellingen uit om alles overzichtelijk te houden. Je hebt veel contact met bewoners en zorgmedewerkers en bent het aanspreekpunt voor alles rondom het wasproces.
