- The customer contact center of the Cadastre is the first point of contact for customers and plays a crucial role in answering questions and supporting users. As a Customer Contact Center Employee within the CIAM project team, you are the first point of contact for questions about the new login system of the Cadastre's customer portal. You independently handle customer inquiries and clearly explain new and existing information, particularly regarding the CIAM project and the EHerkenning project. We ask
- • You have experience in telephone customer service and find it a challenge to uncover the question behind the question. • You work according to the motto: "Right the first time." • You possess active listening skills and communicate clearly. • You have enthusiasm, empathy, and good social and communication skills. • Collaboration, accuracy, and customer orientation are second nature to you. • You have completed at least an MBO 4 education. • Knowledge of CRM applications, preferably SAP-CRM, is a plus. • You are available from August 10 and at least 16 hours per week. This project is estimated to run from August 10 to October 16. After this period, it will gradually scale down until the end of the year.
