In this role, you have an advisory and supportive function, helping both citizens and companies of the Cadastre as best as possible. You do not work in a standard contact center; here it is all about service, not sales. You will receive internal training for six weeks, so you acquire all the necessary knowledge. With regular evaluations, you discover your development points, so you can start confidently. You will deal with various customer questions, which provides a lot of variety. If customers find something unclear on the website, they call you for help. As a customer advisor at the Cadastre in Zwolle, you help people with their questions about ownership, rights, or registrations.
