  • As a Team Coordinator Pallet Breakdown, you lead the team daily in the Pallet Box Break Down department. You work 32 to 40 hours per week in a two-shift system. Your workplace is a modern production environment where recycling and sustainability are central. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that packaging materials and pallets are processed efficiently and prepared for reuse. You start the workday with a joint kick-off. You distribute the tasks, stimulate the team, and ensure safety. During your shift, you are visible on the work floor. You quickly resolve bottlenecks and maintain an overview, even when it's busy. You motivate employees to improve every day. You regularly consult with the client, your production manager, and your team to make processes even smarter.
