  • As a production worker in Wormer, you work at a stable and international production company. You work full-time, 40 hours per week, in a two-shift system. The hourly wage ranges between €14.71 and €16.31, with an additional 15% shift allowance on every hour worked. You also receive travel expense reimbursement. You work with plastic conveyor belts that are used worldwide. You combine machine work with manual tasks, keeping your work varied. This is done in a modern production hall with a pleasant and informal atmosphere. On an average workday, you start by reviewing the schedule with your team. You cut belts to size, make them endless, and operate various machines. You punch, seal, and press plastic materials. You also apply profiles or carriers to the conveyor belts. You work accurately and check that everything is correct to the millimeter. Your day is a mix of technology, teamwork, and precision work.
