The morning shift runs from 06:00 to 14:00, the afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00, and the night shift from 22:00 to 06:00. Initially, you focus on the inspection department, where you assess rolls with different products. This training period helps you become familiar with the products and recognize small errors that we do not want to send to our customers. If you perform well, you will start a training plan where you learn to safely handle the machines and processes within our department. Experienced colleagues guide you so that you can eventually perform tasks independently, such as working in the drying room or on the trim lines.

You work full-time in a three-shift system and play a crucial role in producing high-quality sustainable linoleum floors. You start at one workstation but have the opportunity to learn various tasks, making your work diverse and challenging. A typical workday includes pouring granulate with the forklift and preventing color mixing. Sometimes you work on 'the block,' where you ensure a good supply of granulate and check the sheets. You closely monitor the production process and intervene when necessary. After each production run, you help clean the line. Safety is always priority number one. You work according to clear instructions and with protective equipment. You work in three different shifts: morning, afternoon, and night. As a Sample Planning Employee, you are responsible for various administrative and planning tasks. You ensure that demand and capacity are optimally aligned and continuously monitor future needs. Your tasks include, among others, drafting and managing capacity and personnel plans for your own production, ordering samples from external locations, preparing quotes for specials, monitoring demand and available capacity, timely requesting external capacity during demand peaks, and identifying bottlenecks and thinking about solutions.
