- Are you ready for a challenging role as a production worker in the mixing department? In Assendelft, you work full-time (40 hours) in a 3-shift system. You start as a temporary worker in the mixing department, where you are responsible for weighing pigments, adding them to mixing kettles, and maintaining stock levels. About 70% of your time is spent working with pigments. During your shift, you weigh and pour pigments and keep a close eye on safety. You wear personal protective equipment such as a dust mask and apron. In addition to weighing and mixing, you also ensure the ordering and proper placement of new pigments, sometimes using a forklift. After each production process, you and your team thoroughly clean the machines and workplace according to clear instructions. The work is varied, and you work together in a close-knit team.
