Your tasks are very diverse. You contribute to the marketing plan and develop communication expressions. You write and edit texts for newsletters and press releases, manage the website and intranet, and coordinate digital newsletters and online content. You align content with colleagues, organize events, and think about business gifts. Additionally, you use data and AI tools to improve communication. No day is the same. Are you ready for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? The trim department is a large and diverse department where a wide range of products are dried, assessed for quality, and coated with a lacquer. Products that meet the quality standards are carefully packed and sent to the warehouse. As an employee in the Trim, you work in a 3-shift system with a team of about 20 colleagues. The morning shift runs from 06:00 to 14:00, the afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00, and the night shift from 22:00 to 06:00. Initially, you focus on the inspection department, where you assess rolls with different products. This training period helps you become familiar with the products and recognize small errors that we do not want to send to our customers.
