Production

  • As an operator in the tufting department in Krommenie, you work with modern machines and are an important link in the production process. You work full-time (32 to 40 hours) in a small, close-knit team. You receive extensive internal training of about a year. This way, you become a specialist in operating tufting machines and produce high-quality carpet. Your workday starts with setting up and adjusting the tufting machine. You ensure the correct yarns and materials are ready. During the production process, you pay close attention to the quality of the carpet. You perform visual inspections and intervene if something is not right. You solve minor malfunctions yourself. You also pack the carpet rolls and ensure everything is neatly recorded. You work together with four colleagues and have close contact with the technical service. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and enjoy tinkering with machines.
