  • As Reserve Head of Backing & Finishing, you are the right hand of the Head of Backing. You take the lead in their absence and actively participate in the production process. You work from Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 16:00. You set up machines, manage colleagues, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You monitor quality, resolve malfunctions, and keep the administration up to date. You are the point of contact and ensure a safe and tidy workplace. Your day is varied: you guide employees, check the production process, and take on tasks yourself. You think about improvements and help train new colleagues.
