  • Are you commercially minded and energized by customer contact? We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for a leading supplier in the construction sector. In this versatile role, you are the first point of contact for customers, provide expert advice, and ensure smooth handling of quotes, orders, and deliveries. Together with colleagues from various departments, you contribute to optimal service and long-term customer relationships. Your tasks include advising customers on products and suitable solutions within the range, preparing, developing, and actively following up on quotes, processing orders and ensuring correct administrative handling, coordinating deliveries and liaising with suppliers and internal departments, maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships, identifying and seizing commercial opportunities, acting as a point of contact for customers via phone, email, and at the counter, collaborating with colleagues from sales, logistics, and purchasing to provide the best service, monitoring agreements made and ensuring high customer satisfaction, and contributing to achieving commercial objectives and revenue growth.
