Are you commercially minded and energized by customer contact? We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for a leading supplier in the construction sector. In this versatile role, you are the first point of contact for customers, provide expert advice, and ensure smooth handling of quotes, orders, and deliveries. Together with colleagues from various departments, you contribute to optimal service and long-term customer relationships. Your tasks include advising customers on products and suitable solutions within the range, preparing, developing, and actively following up on quotes, processing orders and ensuring correct administrative handling, coordinating deliveries and liaising with suppliers and internal departments, maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships, identifying and seizing commercial opportunities, acting as a point of contact for customers via phone, email, and at the counter, collaborating with colleagues from sales, logistics, and purchasing to provide the best service, monitoring agreements made and ensuring high customer satisfaction, and contributing to achieving commercial objectives and revenue growth.

As a sales associate, you are the face of the construction shop. You assist our B2B customers, such as contractors and freelancers, in finding the right materials for their construction projects. From concrete mortar to bitumen, you know what they need or quickly find out. You ensure that the customer leaves satisfied and returns. You engage in advising and selling by welcoming customers, thinking along with their project, and advising on products and applications. Additionally, you work at the counter and process orders by creating quotes, entering orders, and ensuring a smooth handling. You take care of store presentation and inventory management by restocking shelves, processing incoming goods, and ensuring everything is in order, from the warehouse to the construction shop floor. Collaborating with colleagues is also important; together you ensure satisfied customers, whether it's by helping to lift something or quickly coordinating with the internal service team.
