  • As a sales associate, you are the face of the construction shop. You assist our B2B customers, such as contractors and freelancers, in finding the right materials for their construction projects. From concrete mortar to bitumen, you know what they need or quickly find out. You ensure that the customer leaves satisfied and returns. You engage in advising and selling by welcoming customers, thinking along with their project, and advising on products and applications. Additionally, you work at the counter and process orders by creating quotes, entering orders, and ensuring a smooth handling. You take care of store presentation and inventory management by restocking shelves, processing incoming goods, and ensuring everything is in order, from the warehouse to the construction shop floor. Collaborating with colleagues is also important; together you ensure satisfied customers, whether it's by helping to lift something or quickly coordinating with the internal service team.
