- Are you strong in structure, digitally skilled, and do you enjoy contributing to something new? For a temporary international HR project in De Meern, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR Project Assistant. In approximately three months, you will help develop a new HR SharePoint environment that will be used worldwide by colleagues. This is a great opportunity to expand your HR and project experience and achieve directly visible results. In this temporary assignment, you will work with the HR team on an international project. The goal is to bring all important HR information together in one clear and user-friendly SharePoint environment. Your tasks include structuring and organizing HR documentation, setting up and improving the SharePoint environment, and creating a logical structure and clear navigation. Additionally, you will check and update documents and ensure that information is easily findable and accessible. You will contribute ideas on how HR information can be arranged as user-friendly as possible for international colleagues. You will have plenty of space to work independently and will see the direct results of your contribution. Your work will ultimately become part of an HR platform that will be used worldwide.
We offer

We ask
- • You have a higher professional education level; • You have experience or affinity with HR, administration, project-based work, or a similar field; • You are skilled with digital systems; • You work independently and maintain a good overview; • You have a good command of Dutch and English; • Experience with SharePoint; • You are available 20 to 30 hours per week during the project period.

The goal is to develop a central, clear, and user-friendly HR SharePoint environment for all our locations worldwide. This way, employees, regardless of their location, can quickly and easily find the right HR information, documents, and procedures.
