You are the first point of contact for HR-related questions and provide support to employees and managers. You work in a vibrant environment where every day is different. Where will you be working?

You will work at a municipal organization in Zoetermeer committed to an inclusive and just society. You will join the Personnel & Organization department, where about 38 dedicated colleagues work. The department consists of two teams: Policy and Advice & Support. You will be part of the Advice & Support team, along with HR advisors, recruiters, and colleagues from the HR service desk. We work with enthusiasm and professionalism on implementing and improving HR policy and are an involved sparring partner for management, managers, and employees. As an HR employee, you are an important link in supporting our internal organization.
