- As a front desk employee for civil affairs, you are the face of the municipality of Zoetermeer. You handle applications and process documents such as travel documents, driver's licenses, change of address notifications, certificates of conduct (VOG), and extracts from the municipal basic administration. Additionally, you provide information and give guidance on the various products and services of the municipality. You refer citizens or interested parties to the appropriate departments, individuals, or agencies. Sometimes it can get busy, but thanks to your stress resistance, you can quickly adapt, and your problem-solving skills ensure that you always maintain control. Note: this is a position until the end of December.
