Process Support Employee PostNL E@H
As a Process Support Employee, you are the indispensable link between the office and the work floor. Together with a team of 3-6 support colleagues and the Support Manager, you ensure a smooth flow of all trips at PostNL Extra@Home in Amersfoort. You coordinate all day with transport planning, supervisors/coordinators on the floor, and customer service to solve problems immediately. Your daily priorities are to start, run, and close trips flawlessly in our Transport Management System (TMS), manage operational Excel lists, and accurately maintain shipment, action, and return lists. You remain calm and arrange a replacement trip in consultation when one is canceled or a driver is short. You are the point of contact for drivers, suppliers, and maintenance technicians. Additionally, you distribute necessary tools and check them upon return. Think of hand scanners, card machines, mattress covers, and access passes. You check freight documents, handle cash on delivery settlements, and ensure that day and night reports are accurate. You also analyze process and scan data and raise the alarm for structural errors or trends. Finally, you monitor safety at the depot and address colleagues or couriers for violations of house rules.
