  • As a Data Analyst in De Meern, you are responsible for converting numbers into actionable insights. You work 32 to 40 hours per week and develop dashboards and reports that are used daily by the organization. You optimize analyses and support commercial and operational decisions. The analyses you create are clear and understandable for all colleagues. On an average workday, you independently analyze issues related to sales and performance. You combine data from different sources and identify patterns and deviations. You present your findings to colleagues, including those without a technical background. You are involved in automating processes and improving data quality. You collaborate with Sales Management in making strategic choices. We ask

  • • HBO or university level of working and thinking; • At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst or similar role; • Good command of Dutch and English; • Experience with SQL; • Experience with BI tools (such as Cognos) is a plus; • Experience with Python or R is an advantage; • Ability to work independently from analysis to insight; • Residing in the Netherlands and willing to work on-site in De Meern a few days a week.

As a customer service representative at Mediq, you are a crucial point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals. You answer questions, process orders, and ensure that people receive the right aids at the right time. Mediq has various customer service departments, including wound care, diabetes, respiratory care, infusion care, stoma & incontinence, and other medical aids. During the application process, we get to know you better. We look at your experience, qualities, interests, availability, and which type of customer contact suits you. Based on that, we discuss together which department best fits and where opportunities are available at that time. You are involved in answering questions via phone, email, and other channels, processing and modifying orders, informing about products and deliveries, carefully registering customer and patient data, investigating questions and finding suitable solutions, liaising with colleagues and healthcare professionals, and identifying special circumstances and ensuring proper follow-up. You do not need to have prior knowledge of medical aids. During the extensive training program, you will learn everything about the products, systems, and processes of your department.
