As a customer service representative at the ANWB in the Emmen area, you are the first point of contact for travelers in distress. You work part-time, between 24 and 32 hours per week. In this role, you assist people who encounter problems on the road and speak to them over the phone. Together with colleagues, you ensure that everyone is helped quickly and kindly. You receive good guidance and the opportunity to work partly from home after your training period. This makes the work varied and flexible.
An average workday is never the same. You start your shift at the office in a friendly team. People call who are stranded or other members with a question. You listen actively, ask the right questions, and immediately look for the best solution. Sometimes you need to switch quickly, sometimes you can take a little longer to reassure someone. You always keep an overview and ensure that everyone hangs up with a good feeling.
Does it seem rewarding to truly help people move forward? Then this is your chance! You receive a good salary, nice colleagues, and the space to grow. Apply today and become part of the ANWB team!
