You listen carefully, think along, and ensure that every customer is helped quickly and professionally. No day is the same. You answer calls and emails from business customers, provide clear information and appropriate advice, look for practical solutions, coordinate with other departments when necessary, ensure a positive customer experience, and quickly build knowledge with the opportunity to grow.
