- As a customer service representative in Eindhoven, you are the point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp. You work 32 to 40 hours per week and have clear tasks within a friendly team. You receive travel expense reimbursement and work partly on-site. You start with a good onboarding process and always receive support from your colleagues. On an average workday, you answer customer inquiries and process data in the system. You quickly switch between different channels and maintain an overview. You initiate actions within the organization and ensure customer satisfaction. Are the questions too complex? Then you involve the right colleague. You report any special occurrences to your supervisor and keep in touch with other departments. You ensure that customers feel heard and are the company's business card. We offer
