  • As a customer service representative in Arnhem, you are the first point of contact for customers of the largest water company in the Netherlands. You work 32 to 40 hours per week. Your role is important: you help people daily with their questions about drinking water, invoices, relocations, and disruptions. You ensure that everyone is helped quickly and efficiently. Your day consists of answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You advise customers about their water usage and invoices. You accurately record data in the system. You think along with solutions for complaints and forward complex questions to colleagues. You monitor ongoing customer requests and always provide feedback.
