  • As a Commercial Consultant, you are the link between account management, consulting, and coaching. You start your week with a cup of coffee and a conversation with your colleagues. Then you dive into the action board to determine where the opportunities lie, which clients you will approach, and which candidates you can propose. You are constantly on the move. One day you visit (potential) clients in the Arnhem region, the next day you speak with temporary workers and candidates. You build sustainable relationships, understand what is happening with your clients, and respond to it. Do you see an opportunity? Then you seize it. Acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships is an important part of your role. With your team, you work towards success in the region.
