Where will you be working?

You will work at the Customer Contact Center (KCC) of a large pension provider. The KCC plays a central role in the service to participants of various pension funds. With more than 600,000 contact moments per year, through various communication channels, you have the opportunity to make a difference for participants every day. Within the team, colleagues encourage and support each other to achieve the objectives together. The importance of the participant is always paramount! As a Contact Specialist, you answer participants' questions about their pension situation. You help them with questions about their pension, which may arise from situations such as illness, death, and disability. You can expect questions about the pension date, but also questions like: what is the amount of my pension benefit? And what if my partner passes away?
