- As an Aftersales & Service Employee, you are the central point of contact as soon as a service or warranty question arises. You listen carefully to the customer, investigate what is going on, and determine what next steps are necessary. You not only look for a good solution for the customer but also keep the organization's interests in mind. You handle service and warranty requests, process claims and returns, and ensure everything is properly documented administratively. Is a visit from the service technician needed? Then you schedule the appointment and ensure an efficient route. You keep customers informed and coordinate internally with the right colleagues to handle a request as quickly as possible. Sometimes multiple issues occur simultaneously, and one customer may be in more of a hurry than another. You know how to prioritize, remain calm, and ensure that agreements are met. Do you notice that certain service questions recur or that a process can be improved? Then your input is highly valued. This is not a standard customer service role. You are responsible for the entire service process and are daily engaged in organizing, planning, communicating, and solving.
We offer
- • A gross monthly salary between €2,700 and €3,100, depending on your knowledge and experience; • A varied role where customer contact, planning, and administration come together; • A lot of responsibility over the entire aftersales and service process; • Room to come up with ideas and improvements yourself; • Working within a growing organization with short lines of communication; • A role where you manage a lot independently but work closely with colleagues and the service technician; • A dynamic work environment where quick decision-making and taking action are appreciated.
We ask
- • You have experience in a customer-oriented service, aftersales, or similar role; • You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written; • You are assertive and know how to remain professional even with a challenging service question; • You can quickly switch, prioritize, and manage multiple requests simultaneously; • You work accurately and ensure that agreements and administration are properly documented; • You are flexible and do not mind going the extra mile when necessary to resolve a service question; • Experience in the sanitary, furniture, or logistics sector is a strong plus.
