Operational Administrative Employee
As an operational administrative employee in Vianen, you ensure that the depot runs smoothly. You are the point of contact for colleagues, drivers, and customers. You make sure everything behind the scenes goes well, making your job varied and challenging.
On a workday, you answer questions via phone or email. You schedule pickup and collection assignments and coordinate these with drivers and partners. You process route lists, orders, and invoices in the system. You also handle complaints and perform daily checks. With your insight, you monitor quality and actively think about improvements.
You work from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
