As a Production Team Leader, you lead multiple production departments and ensure that daily operations run safely, efficiently, and according to plan. You manage permanent employees and temporary workers, motivate your team, and create a work environment where everyone can bring out the best in themselves. Thanks to your clear communication and coaching approach, everyone knows what is expected of them. You continuously oversee the production process, identify improvement opportunities, and actively think about more efficient working methods. Additionally, you conduct performance and development discussions, encourage collaboration within the team, and ensure that safety regulations and quality standards are adhered to. You are visible on the work floor and set a good example every day. You mainly work from 07:30 to 16:30. Occasionally, you may need to be flexibly available between 06:00 and 22:00, depending on the production schedule. Are you someone who gets energized by contact with people and enjoys solving problems? Then this is your chance! As a customer service representative, you are the point of contact for customers. You work 32 to 36 hours per week and ensure that questions, requests, and complaints are handled quickly and professionally. Whether it's via phone or email, you keep an overview and switch effortlessly. You work closely with the front office and back office and ensure that all customer information ends up in the right place. Additionally, you keep the mailbox up to date, set priorities, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You also register data related to clothing management and have weekly meetings with the account manager to maintain high customer satisfaction. You will join a friendly team where you work independently but are never alone. There is plenty of room to develop yourself and grow, for example, towards a position in the field service.
