As a Goods Reception Employee, you are responsible for receiving and checking all incoming deliveries. You work in a dynamic environment where many things happen simultaneously, and keeping an overview is essential. Your tasks include receiving drivers and acting as a point of contact during deliveries, checking and processing delivery notes, and inspecting incoming goods for quantities, items, quality, and expiration dates. Additionally, you count pallets and check if deliveries are complete, identify discrepancies, and communicate these with the appropriate colleagues. Every year, thousands of Christmas packages are assembled for organizations throughout the Netherlands. To ensure this process runs smoothly, good inventory management and product availability are essential. As an Inventory Management Employee, you ensure that the right products are available at the right time. You keep an overview of the inventory, process data accurately, and coordinate with suppliers and colleagues to ensure the logistics process keeps running. Thanks to your efforts, colleagues in production can continue working, and Christmas packages are delivered complete and on time. As an Inventory Management Employee, you are responsible for supporting and monitoring the entire inventory process. Your tasks include ordering items from suppliers, checking and processing incoming goods, processing goods flows in SAP, conducting inventory checks and identifying discrepancies, processing and preparing return items, maintaining contact with suppliers about outstanding orders, delivery times, and any differences, administratively processing and maintaining inventory information, and collaborating with colleagues from Goods Receipt, Supply Chain, and the production department.

As a Production Leader, you are the linchpin on the work floor and ensure that the production line runs smoothly. You manage employees daily, monitor the quality of the Christmas packages, and ensure that production targets are met. You distribute tasks within the team and resolve bottlenecks during the production process. Before the start of each production line, you check the sample package and the accompanying order with the team. You ensure that the right employees are in the right place and that the work pace is well adjusted. After completing an order, you ensure a neat closure and preparation for the next order. Besides efficiency and planning, a positive working atmosphere is important. You contribute to an enthusiastic and pleasant working environment where employees enjoy working together.

As a Team Leader in Assembly, you are responsible for the daily management of the assembly department. You are visibly present on the work floor, ensure a pleasant working atmosphere, and are the first point of contact for your colleagues. You monitor the planning, keep an eye on progress, and step in where necessary. Together with your team, you ensure that production runs efficiently and according to schedule. As an Administrative Assistant, you support the administrative process around the logistics of Christmas packages. You work closely with colleagues from the Service Desk, HANOS branches, and external carriers. Your tasks include processing and checking orders, managing accounts receivable and payable, implementing changes in orders, maintaining administrative data around pallet storage locations, preparing and checking freight documents and packing slips for carriers, processing shipping addresses, supporting administrative questions from various departments, and daily contact with carriers and colleagues about the delivery of pallets as the Christmas period approaches.

Are you the final link before orders go out the door? As a Dock Worker, you check all collected orders, ensure everything is complete, and place the orders correctly in the transport carts. Thanks to your accuracy, drivers can depart directly the next morning, and customers receive their orders on time. You work in a dynamic environment where no evening is the same. Together with a friendly team, you ensure everything runs smoothly. You are frequently on the move, regularly lift heavier products, and visibly contribute to a successful logistics process every evening.

No evening is the same! As an Order Picker, you carefully collect orders in the store and ensure that each order is complete and ready for shipment on time. During your shift, you help customers kindly when they have a question. You are active all evening and walk quite a few kilometers, so it is important that you are physically fit and willing to roll up your sleeves. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a neat, safe workplace and a smoothly running process. Working hours are from Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Are you ready for a challenging role as a reach truck driver in our freezer warehouse at HANOS? You play a crucial role in moving and storing frozen products with the reach truck. Additionally, you are responsible for loading and unloading goods, inventory management, and checking quality and shelf life. You support the order picking process and ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse.
