  • As a guide VIG in Elspeet, you work 28 to 36 hours per week. You are there for clients with a mild to severe intellectual disability and autism. You work in a group home with connected apartments. In each home, you guide clients between 18 and 35 years old. You bring calmness, structure, and overview. You work with methodologies such as Samen Houvast and Triple C.

    On an average workday, you start with the daily program. You check for special circumstances and coordinate with colleagues. Then you guide clients in daily activities. You provide clarity and daily direction. You respond calmly and clearly to challenging behavior. Together with your team, you ensure a safe, predictable environment.

As a transport driver CE at Logicx in Wenum Wiesel, you are on the road full-time throughout the Netherlands. You drive with a combi-loader, pick up vehicles after breakdowns or damage, and deliver them safely to their destination.
